EAI Tennis Payment Policy

Payment Due Date. Students must be registered through the EAI website and have a family ProCare profile before starting classes. All programs and clinics must be prepaid to ensure participation. Make-ups will only be offered in case of rain or medical dismissal, 1 make-up class is held per month. Payments for all services at EAI Tennis Academy are due on the 3rd of every month. If payment is not received, the child will be withdrawn from class and their spot will be assigned to a student on the waitlist.

Payment Reminders. To assist our members, payment reminders will be sent out one week prior to the due date each month. Parents will receive an initial payment reminder, a “payment is now due” notice, and (if applicable) a late payment penalty notice.

Grace Period. A grace period of 3 business days is provided for all payments. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, the late payment policy will be enforced.

Late Payment Policy. A late fee of $50 will be applied to any account with a balance that remains unpaid after the grace period. If no payment is made by the 6th of the month, the child will be withdrawn from class and their spot will be assigned to a student on the waitlist.

Accepted Payment Methods. Families have the option to select autopay in the ProCare payment portal to ensure payments are made in a timely manner. EAI Tennis Academy accepts the following payment methods:
